I reached out to Alan Cherkin because I needed to sell my parent's home after the passing of my father. Needless to say, it was a sad and emotional time. However, Alan definitely made it easier. When I met him at my parent's house he was so kind and personable. He let me ramble on about my childhood memories and what the home meant to me. Due to my father being in a nursing home at the time of his passing, there were extenuating circumstances to my situation. That being said, Alan helped me tremendously through the process and everything worked out. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase, rent or sell a home to call Alan. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his entire staff.

Alan and his staff are amazing. When we were looking for the perfect area and within our price range he came through for us. When we had issues he always sent someone out to fix things. Highly recommend him to rent from.

Alan went above and beyond anything I could have expected in the selling of our home. We had numerous showings in 11 months until we finally found the right couple to purchase our house. There is no doubt that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alan if you want to sell your home Update on previous review...We had a house warming/thank you get together and invited Alan. He came and I believe he enjoyed himself. Came to find that Alan and us became friends as well as realtor. Thanks to Alan for all he did for us.

Very helpful realtor, his team worked hard at getting our home ready for the market to sell. They were in touch with us every day! Keeping my family updated on the sell of our home, and also helped us find a place to live. We also had gotten the price that we wanted for our home.
